Description
The LIPO-PANTY® compression garment is a support for post-operative follow-up after plastic surgery: upper limbs, back, abdomen, hips, pelvis, buttocks and/or lower limbs.
It allows to exert a uniform and quantified pressure on the whole treated area.
It is intended to support the tissues by maintaining them in their new shape. It prevents post-operative edema, facilitates healing, and limits skin laxity.
In the case of a panty,
- The BBLXL and HOLE models are recommended in the case of surgery with fat transfer : the implanted fat is not compressed at the transfer area.
- The HOLE model, open at the buttocks, is also recommended to ensure the support of implants.
The compression garment is available in standard or Coolmax® fabric.
As standard it will be pull up, closed crotch, left side zipper (NO HOOK & EYES AND NOT AN OPEN CROTCH)
LACE IS INCLUDED OF THE SECOND STAGE GARMENTS
For optimal effectiveness, the application of the compression garment is done immediately after the operation. The duration of application depends on the medical prescription.
The first application must be done by a health professional.
COMPOSITION
74 % Polyamide – 26% Elastane
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
The compression garment must not be worn directly on injured skin.
CARE :
Machine wash at 30°C maximum with a natural soap-based detergent. Do not use a tumble dryer. It is recommended to wash the garment before wearing it for the first time.
The sizes indicated correspond to the measurements taken before surgery. Other sizes can be made to measure.
